For the record, our restaurant was born of inspiration but above all of culinary passion. Dame Nguessan Ruth was born into a family passionate about cooking that has traveled the two continents to discover the culinary treasures they contain.
Cooking has always been a favorite pastime for this family, a family made up of 4 boys and 3 girls who from an early age were involved in the kitchen with their late mother, with the father it was a kitchen always full of delicacy.
In order to share his family heritage, Elire Délices was born. After repeated requests from those around her, her husband being her first Fan, Dame Nguessan decided to make it an activity.
Elire Delices is a restaurant where African and European cultures meet in a symphony of flavors and creativity. We work together to create unique dishes that reflect both age-old culinary traditions and modern trends.
Each dish we serve at Elire Délices is made with love from a harmonious marriage between authentic African and European ingredients. We use fresh and seasonal products, carefully selected for their quality.
We are proud to offer you an exceptional culinary experience, where every bite is an invitation to travel. From the delicacy of a refined European dish to the spicy heat of a traditional African dish, our menu offers a diversity of choices to satisfy all palates.
